The component

  1. Exhaust leaves the manifold at nine hundred degrees.
  2. It hits a turbine wheel the size of your fist.
  3. That wheel turns a shaft a hundred and fifty thousand times a minute.
  4. On the cold end, a compressor forces the air back in.
  5. Between them: a bearing housing, an oil feed, and clearances measured in microns.

It does this for a million kilometres.

Then one bearing lets go, and a truck stops.

There are thousands of parts on that engine. Most of them can be wrong for a week before anyone notices. This one cannot.

That’s the part we do.

Turbochargers and diesel fuel systems

An established Brampton parts and remanufacturing business. This is the whole of what we do, which is why we are good at it. We sell the parts and we rebuild them ourselves, for commercial fleets and for ordinary vehicles.

What we carry

Eight categories. Every one of them diesel.

Cummins and Holset. Volvo and Mack. Detroit Diesel. CAT. PACCAR. Power Stroke, Duramax, EcoDiesel. If it moves freight or works for a living, we have looked inside one.

The only argument that matters

Same engine.
Six different turbos.

Cheap isn’t wrong. Wrong is wrong.

A cheap turbo that fits is a good turbo.

An expensive turbo for the wrong variant is scrap in a box.

Price is the easy question.

Fit is the one that costs money.

The cheapest part isn’t the right part. The dearest part isn’t either. The right part is the one built for that engine, that year, that serial number — and the only way to know is to look it up rather than assume it.

We’d rather lose the sale than send the wrong unit.

A returned turbo costs us a restock. It costs you a week.

Check fitment before you order

Have the engine serial or VIN to hand. Most calls are answered on the first try.

Ordering

Give us the number. We’ll do the rest.

Three steps. No account needed for any of them.

  1. 1

    Start with the number

Our number, the manufacturer’s number, or the engine it came off. Any of the three, across all 75 parts.

  2. 2

    Read us the serial

Engine name narrows it. Serial number settles it. We confirm the exact variant before anything ships, because six versions of one turbo is normal.

  3. 3

    Off the shelf, same day

Order by 3pm and it leaves the same day. Counter pickup in Brampton, delivery across the GTA, freight anywhere in Canada and North America.

Behind every order

Before the box is taped shut

We check the variant, not the engine name

Six versions of one turbo is normal. The serial number is the only thing that settles which is yours, so we look it up rather than assume it.

It runs before it ships

Turbos are balanced and spun up. Injectors leave with the flow sheet. Compressors are run to a timed build-up. If it fails here, it never reaches you.

Bring the old one back

Many lines are sold on exchange, and your old unit is worth money against the new one. Ask what the core is worth before you order.

Same part. Three budgets.

Most lines come three ways, and the third one we build ourselves. Tell us the budget and we will say which one we would fit.

New OEM
The part the manufacturer fitted, in their box.
Aftermarket
A cheaper new part, when the budget matters more than the badge.
Remanufactured
Stripped, measured, rebuilt to spec and tested on our own bench, here in Brampton.

Two prices

Everyone sees one price. Dealers see theirs.

Same part, same bench, same box. Anyone can buy at the price on the card. Approved dealers pay less for it, and never have to ask — the lower number is on the account, not on the conversation.

Doing the job yourself

No account, no sign-in, no minimum. The price on the card is the price. Call with the engine serial and we confirm the variant before it leaves the building.
