Shipping
Where we ship, what it costs, and what to do if a shipment arrives damaged.

Where we ship
Everywhere in Canada and the United States, from our own counter at 8044 Dixie Road, Unit 7, Brampton, Ontario. Anywhere else, call 905-595-0450 and we will quote it by hand.
You are welcome to collect in person during opening hours. Call ahead so the part is on the counter when you arrive.
What shipping costs
The price you see at checkout is a live FedEx rate for your address and the weight of what you are buying, not a flat fee we invented. You choose the service, from Ground up to Standard Overnight, and the price of each is shown before you pay.
Deliveries to a home address cost more than to a business, which is why checkout asks. Tick the box if it is a house, otherwise the quote may be short.
When it goes out
Order by 3pm and it ships the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after that, or at the weekend, go out the next working day.
Every order is checked against your engine serial before it ships. If anything about the fitment looks wrong we will call you rather than send the wrong turbo, which can delay dispatch by a day.
Duties and taxes on US orders
Parts sent to the United States may attract import duties, brokerage or taxes on arrival. Those are set by the destination country and are the buyer’s responsibility, not ours. FedEx will bill them to you directly.
If it arrives damaged
Check the box before you sign for it. If there is visible damage, note it with the driver. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and keep all packaging: a freight claim needs the box, and without it the carrier will refuse the claim.
Damage in transit is ours to sort out, not yours. See exchanges and warranty.
Tracking
We email a tracking number when your order leaves the shop. If it has not arrived when you expected it, call 905-595-0450 with your order number and we will chase FedEx with you.
