Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude tax, which is added at checkout based on where the part is going. Shipping is quoted live by FedEx and shown before you pay.

Prices can change without notice, but never after you have paid: what you were charged is what the order says. If a price is obviously wrong, for example a $2,500 turbo listed at $25, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour it.

Dealer prices apply only to approved trade accounts while signed in, and are confidential to that account.

Heavy-duty turbochargers vary by engine serial, emissions year and actuator type, and the same part number can cover more than one unit. We check every order against your engine serial before it ships, and we will call you rather than send a part we are not sure about.

Cross-reference numbers on this site are there to help you identify a part. They do not by themselves guarantee fitment on your engine.

Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own page. Your card details never reach our server. Your order is confirmed when Stripe tells us the payment succeeded, not when the page says thank you.

Parts shown as “call for price” are quoted by hand, because the price depends on the variant.

Where a part carries a core deposit, the deposit is charged with the order and refunded when your old unit reaches us in rebuildable condition. The deposit is not part of the price of the part. See exchanges, cores and warranty.

We exchange, we do not refund, and the window is 15 days from the invoice date. Every remanufactured turbo carries a 12-month unlimited-mileage warranty. The details are on the exchanges page.

Risk passes to you on delivery. Title to the part stays with us until it is paid for in full. Delivery dates quoted by FedEx are estimates, not guarantees.

We are responsible for supplying the part you ordered, in the condition described, and for honouring the warranty on it.

We are not responsible for a vehicle being off the road, lost earnings, or other consequential loss arising from a part failing or arriving late. Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited under Canadian law.

Fitting is not ours: a turbocharger installed without correcting the fault that killed the last one, or run on a contaminated oil supply, will fail again.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction.
